Standard UK delivery is £5

Standard deliveries are sent Royal Mail - Second Class Signed For

There is also an Express option for £6

Express deliveries are sent Royal Mail - First Class Signed For

international delivery

Orders can be shipped worldwide. Prices vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. All shipping will be calculated at checkout.

International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail - International Tracked and Signed where available, or International Tracked.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

processing times

Orders are aimed to be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days. (This may be subject to change during especially busy periods.)

You will receive a dispatch email when your order is on the way.

returns and exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your product then please contact me at emilysianhart@gmail.com so we can discuss your return.

Contact me within 14 days of delivery and post items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs - I ask that all items are sent back using a recorded service as I am not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the post.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment once the item has returned to me.

Custom orders and sale items cannot be refunded unless faulty.
